If you have any concerns about the Academy, then please do not hesitate to get in touch by telephone or email, and we will try to resolve your issues as soon as we can. Mrs Pomfrey, Mrs Osborne or Mrs Horrocks will assist you in the first instance with your complaints and point you in the right direction, either to the Principal or to the Governors.
